Designation Junior Associate

Job Description

Statement preparation
Reconciling balances and query resolution
Ensure settlement to / from client and carrier and arrange mandatory paperwork
Match and remove entries from the ledgers
Metrics management Debt and cash clearance targets are set at the beginning of the month.
Escalation to management for aged debts /outstanding cash (cash received from party but unable to correlate to contracts / bills / invoices)
Communication with clients and carriers and UK counterparts
Adherence to Willis Compliance Guidelines, e.g. WPS (Work Place Support) and SOX 404 (Sarbaense Oxlay) and FSA (Financial Services Authority) guidelines

Desired Profile

Commerce Graduate
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
Good Verbal & Written Communication
Shift working
Candidates preferred between age band of 21-26 years
Should be willing to take up new challenges/experiments & stretch oneself beyond business as usual

UG - B.Com - Commerce
PG - Post Graduation Not Required
