Desired Profile Analyzes, modifies, completes and resolves discrepancies on various loan activity reports to ensure all data is correct and that all activity is accounted forComputes and prepares investor remittances accurately and timely and in accordance with Company procedures and Pooling and Servicing AgreementsTracks, records, and reconciles financial transactions, such as refund checks, advances, and transfers, and ensures bank balances are accurate and sufficient for transactionsResearches and responds to investor and trustee inquiries and maintains professional relationship with themPrepares and delivers various reports such as those for remittance, delinquency, and losses as required by investors, trustees or Pooling and Servicing AgreementsPrepares and delivers various internal reports (i.e. Pool-to-Trust Reconciliaiton)Assists with reconciliation of general ledger and investor accountsAssists with the clearing of reconciling itemsPerforms other duties and special projects as requiredContact Laila Rodrigues -
