Functional Area: ITES/BPO/KPO, Customer Service, Ops.

Accountabilities:

Field inbound customer calls.
Focuses on delivering a positive customer experience according to Dell standards.
Responsible for pre-sales and/or post-sales service to customers.
Facilitate customer order fulfillment
Monitor and track issues to ensure accurate resolution.
Review and distribute pertinent cross-functional information.
Liaise between customer and Dell.
Provide direct advice and guidance for customers

Should be willing to work in night shifts

Responsible for providing telephone support for customers on operation or maintenance of Dell products. Assist phone customers by diagnosing problems, and providing resolutions for technical and service issues. Responsible for customer satisfaction through effective handling of customer problems. Ensure proper escalation procedures are followed. Perform work in accordance to standardized policies and procedures. Work requires strong analytical ability to resolve complex technical issues in addition to effective phone communication skills.
