Position Data Associate

Role Description

Maintain information on Financial securities (bonds) on the client's database.
Perform quality assurance of one's own input (using necessary tools) to validate the accuracy, coverage and completeness of the information provided by the data source.
Can also involve checking input of automated data feeds
Support queries / requests from data centers of the client and deal with problems.
Perform research on critical descriptive information provided by various data sources.
Expected to work on client's proprietary software for which training will be provided.
Role ExpectationsShould be proficient in usage of computers. Knowledge of OS Windows XP Professional; Knowledge of MS Office tools - MS Word, Excel, Outlook. (Mandatory)
Ability/ willingness to learn about fixed income securities (Eurobonds, US bonds etc.) in a very short period.
Detail oriented, methodical and patient
Ability to work well in teams to collectively achieve team goals
Work timingsTwo shifts 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. AND 2 p.m. to 11 p.m.

Desired Candidate Profile

Candidate should either be Bcom or Mcom graduate
Experience should range between 0-3 yrs only
Candidate should have sound knowledge on Financial securities (Bonds/debentures etc)
Candidate should be willing to work on financial aspect
