Job Description

Working on open positions for our clients for IT positions in order to provide them with timely qualified resources.
Target & Goal Oriented.
Must have skills in reference generation, direct sourcing, cold calling, networking and advanced Internet recruiting.
Experience in effective usage of job portals-- Mass mail, Boolean search and job postings.
Worked on IT positions (at all levels) in any of the domains ( Telecom, Systems, Hardware, Embedded, Application, Enterprise Applications....etc.)
Experience in Client interaction and coordination.
Maintaining Candidate & client trackers on MS Excel and MS Outlook

Desired Profile

Experience in the IT consulting & technical recruitments a must.
Candidates with prior contacts in the recruitment & staffing industry are ideal.
Candidate must have IT market knowledge and fair understanding of technology in order to interact with client and team members.
Self-driven, creative and energetic.
Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, influence and negotiation skills.
Demonstrate wide experience in placing candidates for different positions including but not limited to business analyst, financial analyst, project manager, technology manager, program manager, ERP, SAP, Oracle Apps, Scala, Great Plains, PeopleSoft, Java/J2EE/J2ME developer, .NET/C# developer, File Net, Unix/Linux, Windows, Web developer, ETL/Data warehouse/business intelligence developer, File Net developer, network/SAN administrator, system administrator, database/DBA, telecomm/wireless engineer, hardware engineer, workflow and business rules developer, enterprise architect, systems analyst, application developer, web services analyst/developer, quality assurance tester/lead, information analyst, application specific specialist, and others.
Strong computer skills including MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet recruiting tools
